Boot Camps

Boot Camps are designed for maximum calorie burn and fat burn potential in a short amount of time. Our classes are 60 minutes long and designed to build strength and endurance in a team/group environment! We utilize the "HIIT" principle of High Intensity Interval Training to force the body to change and grow. Join us in our high energy boot camp to achieve your ultimate fitness goals

  • $80.00 per month-2 (1hr) classes a week
  • $150.00 Unlimited per month (up to 4 classes a week)

Boot Camp Foundations- is for individuals that are new to working out, or it has been awhile since you have taken a class. We will focus on proper technique and elevating our heart rate by means of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Pro Fit Camp- is advanced training for individuals that have been working out for awhile, former athletes or individuals just looking to switch things up and challenge their bodies.

Sports Performance Training (SPT)

Sports Performance Training (SPT) program is designed specifically for the athlete's enhancement in their desired sport focusing on key components such as: strength, speed, power, endurance, mobility, agility, and mental preparedness. Our facility is equipped with all of the tools needed to master these skills. Field turf is one of the many tools we offer. This program is an individualized approach to make the athlete stronger.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions offer you a 60 minute personalized workout with one of our experienced trainers. Along with your workout you will receive nutritional help and continued support to ensure you are reaching all of your fitness goals. Before your first session a personalized assessment will be done to determine the exercise regimen that will be most effective in helping you to reach your fitness goals.

  • $35 a month with a 3 month agreement
  • Family Membership $150 per month with a 3 month agreement

Yoga

Yoga is designed to stretch and strengthen your body while also helping to improve your posture. Whether you have a desk job or are looking for something to compliment your existing strength training program, our yoga class is for you.
