Monday - Friday: 6am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 11am - 4pm
With sports becoming physically more demanding, we must do something in order to keep our bodies more physically prepared. Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is now offering a high intensity 6 week training program that maximizes an athlete's specific abilities. We will focus on better movement patterns, change of direction drills, strength progressions and running efficiency.
Cost: $175 for the 6 weeks of sessions or $35 per session
